Service Description

GRIT Academy's SWEAT Class is designed specifically for students aged 12-18, blending physical training with mental resilience to create a well-rounded fitness experience. Offered as an extra-mural activity after school, this class is an integral part of our comprehensive annual program focused on building resilience and GRIT in young people. Our Functional Fitness Class emphasizes movements and exercises that enhance everyday strength, flexibility, and coordination. Beyond physical fitness, the class integrates mental training, teaching students how to push through challenges, stay focused under pressure, and develop a resilient mindset. Through a variety of dynamic workouts, participants will learn the importance of discipline, perseverance, and mental toughness—key attributes that extend far beyond the gym. As part of GRIT Academy's larger mission, this class not only prepares students physically but also equips them with the mental tools needed to overcome obstacles, both in sports and in life.
